I made this card using the Cutlebug border set called "With Love". Made the scor lines with the Scor-Pal, and used Kaiser Craft self adhesive pearls. The scalloped edge on the bottom of the card was made with the Stampin' Up border punch.I needed a classy birthday card and the Cuttlebug folders work very well for that. The birthday greeting was stamped in a pale plum color to match the paper inside.
