Valentine favors

Need just a little something for a Valentine gift? These clear party favors from Bo Bunny are great for that. Easy to make and inexpensive... only .49 cents each. I filled it with M&M's and cut some Valentine paper to fit inside. At the top you can tie some ribbon (if you come to my classes then you now I LOVE ribbon.)
The tag is made from The JustRite stamp set called Celebration Phrases. All I did was add the "Love, Tyler" to personalize it.
Bo Bunny makes these in a heart shape too but they are on backorder. I have some of the round right now and should be getting more in soon.

More new JustRite monogram stamp sets are in. These sets have new fonts in them too!
There is a special occasion set (more formal and pretty) and a curlz font (more whimsical).

Also in is the Deluxe Square monogram kit. This is something different from the rest because the block is square and includes 3 sizes of letters. You can check out the JustRite website for some beautiful samples: www.JustRiteStampers.com

Halloween test tubes

My 2 oldest children dont go Trick or Treating anymore, so I thought I would still give them some candy. I found these candy filled test tube/beakers at Walmart and jazzed them up a bit with some cute tags.
Like my last Halloween post, I used the 2" JustRite stamp for the wording. The spider is from a Cuttlebug die.

I wanted to make the spider look hairy-scary so I used black glitter to make him look sparkly!

Tyler's Treats!

Tyler and I had a few people we wanted to make treat bags for this Halloween. I love the "Boo to You" Cuttlebug folder because its so easy just to punch out the circles.

The 2" JustRite stamper worked perfectly for the outer saying. This set has different saying starters so I just had to personalize it with Ty's name. We stamped & filled some cello bags with candy and tied them shut with matching ribbon. Too cute!!

Changito graduates

My friend Kelsey just graduated from Villa Maria and is on her way to Los Angeles, CA for fashion school! I tried to use Villa's school colors for her graduation card.

I used my JustRite stamps for the 2009 on top of the books and Cuttlebug "Congrats" for the background.

At a closer look you can see the front of the box has a little metal fork and spoon.

When you remove the lid there are 9 divider cards for separating your recipes.

We will also be stamping 9 recipe cards to get your box started. This box would make a great gift if you decide not to keep it for yourself, this is the season for bridal showers and engagements!

JustRite Graduate

I used the new JustRite stamper to make up some graduation cards ahead of time this year. I could have easily personalized the card with someones name, but I wasn't sure how many parties there would be this year.
I used the JustRite Celebration set and scalloped nestabilities for the focal point. Its hard to see in the photo but there is a black ribbon tied around the card. I may change the color of the ribbon to match the school colors later on.
The "class of" stamped in the center is an old, old Stampin Up set. I was trying to find a graduation cap but didnt have one handy.

Seeing stars

I needed a birthday card for my nephew and sometimes kids at the pre-teen age can be tough to make cards for.I know he plays hockey so I thought this "Seeing Stars" paper from 3 Bugs in a Rug would be my best bet. I used my star shaped Nestabilities and the JustRite stamps for the focal point. My fear is that I think I spelled his first name wrong! I have the worst time remembering how to spell (eye-say-ah). I have a bad feeling I will be stamping the sentiment again!!

Make it personal!

I found this awesome tip on the JustRite Stampers blog ( JustRite Stampers ) and wanted to give it a try...
There is a pack of 3 borders that you can get as an accessory set to your JustRite stamper, they fit both the self inking and the wood mounted stamp. This one says "From the desk of", the other two say "From the kitchen of" and "From the library of".

Since it says "From the desk of" on the top and bottom, I just snipped off the words on the bottom. Save this piece because you can still use it if you wanted too.

With the small letter set (also a cool accessory) I added my name.

I used paper from the Basic Grey line called Urban Prarie.

Last minute monograms

I have been busy putting together some last minute cards for my mom and sisters to give them with their Christmas gifts.

I used the JustRite monogram stamper to put together some sets of monogramed cards for them. I picked out some colors and papers that I thought fit their personalities best.

I kept the card layout the same for the sake of saving time!

A couple of punches and pop dots later...

I wrapped them in a cello bag and tied a ribbon around them for looks.

Chocolate Wishes

I was getting some small Christmas gifts together and thought I would use the Baking set from JustRite Stampers. I made a nugget tin (called that because you an put 12 Heshey Nugget candies inside perfectly) with some Basic Grey "Blush" paper and stamped the tag for the top. I used the scallop and regular Nestabilities circle sets to layer the inner circle.

This pic shows you how easy the borders and centers can be interchanged with each other. They fit right into the grooves on the wood handle, this specific set has 6 centers and 6 borders.

New JustRite stamps!

Quite a few new JustRite stamps have arrived! 2 of my favorites are the Christmas ensemble and the Baking ensemble. These 2 sets are larger than the regular 1 5/8" size that I had before. This larger size makes them perfect for cards and gift giving.

They work great with the clear acrylic tins for giving candy and goodies!

These cute samples are not my creations, but they are samples from the JustRite website. You can check out their products and samples at http://www.justritestampers.com/
As soon as I get a chance I will be posting some pictures of my own! These stamps are so fun to use... the options are endless.
