Little Loveosaurus

I was working at the shop today (Christmas Eve) for a few hours, and boy was I glad I was here! The mailman dropped off a package with a bunch of new MFT stamps. This "Little Loveosaurus" set is one of my new favorites!
The designer paper is from the new October Afternoon "Campfire" collection. I stamped the little boy on the polka dot paper for a masking technique. Added a few buttons and brads to embellish it up a bit too.

I always like to stamp on the inside and add a little bit of paper from the front of the card to coordinate.
*The bathtub girl and the Christmas tree girl are also back in stock if you missed out on them from the Copic class*

Cocoa and a Card!

Stop by this Thursday and Friday during regular store hours to make this 6x6 card. The card is perfect for tucking packets of cocoa and giving as a small gift to co-workers, friends, neighbors, teachers, etc.
Giving out gift cards? Use it to dress them up a bit.
Cost is $2.00 and the supplies are limited.
Stop in for a cup of hot cocoa with marshmallows and make a card for holiday gift giving!

Copic Class Samples

We had 3 awesome classes today with Tammy Hershberger teaching her Copic marker techniques. These are the cards we made if you didnt see them posted on FaceBook.

This frog stamp is always so popular! I have some wood mounted ones and clear sets left over
if anyone is looking for some cute frog stamps.

This one was a tag card that you could attach to a Bath & Body product, very cute idea for gift giving.
Thanks again to Tammy for driving up from 2 1/2 hours away to teach us some new skills!

Snow kisses

This cute little stamp is from Penny Black called "Snow Kisses". The background was embossed with a Cuttlebug sowflake folder. I found a duo-corner punch that can do the tag corner or ticket corner punching, the one above is a ticket corner.

I used some white flocking to make her jacket and hat fuzzy around the edges, I like to add a little texture to my cards whan I can!

Christmas Card Samples

If you missed out on this years Christmas card making class, here are a few of the samples that weren't posted to the blog yet.

These little snowmen come in packs of 6 for making multiples of the same card.

We used the "core" paper on the trees so they could be sanded for a snowy effect.

The Cuttlebug and SRM clear stickers always make cards soooo easy!

This one used lavender and olive for non-traditional Christmas colors.

The navy and brown winter trees were very popular. This stamp could be used for other occasions besides Christmas.
